At last! Notes from Spain brings you the real deal! Real Madrid playing live at the legendary Santiago Bernabeu stadium in the heart of Madrid. Just listening to this makes my hair stand on end!

Thanks to Stephen, Alistair and Chris for extra commentary. For tickets keep an eye on the Real Madrid website. Wow, what a game!

If you enjoy the podcasts please consider sponsoring my charity motorcycle ride across India, 2,500 kilometres in 15 day! Details on the trip and all the charities that benefit can be found here.

Great cast. Im a huge fan of Real Madrid and all I can do here in the states is catch a game on tv now and again. But to be able to hear the sounds of the game and the fans, makes it so much better. This cast brought a smile on to my face, becasue when I go to Spain to study abroad I plan on catching a couple of matches.

Hi Ben, I’m a friend of Chris who features on this podcast. It sounds like much fun was had. I’m enjoying having a wander around your site.

I have my own blog, some of which is related to my time here in Madrid – at http://www.livejournal.com/users/rwillmsen/tag/spain. I think we probably feel very differently about the ‘beautiful game’ though!

    Best wishes, Richard

Excellent cast – Really conveys the atmosphere at the match – Just found your site and am going to work my way through your archive. My ex-pat in-laws live outside of Alicante so somehow I’m going to work out a way to get to a match when we vist.

    Keep up the good work
