Ben and Marina will be on holiday in the UK from September 23rd until September 30th, so I won’t be posting here on NFS this week. We will still be logging in to the forums every day however, and posting at Notes in Spanish.

Hi Ben,
Just a quick comment about a technical matter – my computer has stopped automatically updating notes from Spain since July – I’m only up to 42. I can download notes in Spanish and cuisine from Spain, no problem. Is it anything to do with me having a Mac?

Hi Maureen,
That is very odd. Maybe you could try unsubscribing in itunes and resubscribing again? It seems to work fine here in any case. Are you behind a corporate firewall? That could be another reason…

Thanks for taking the time to advise, Ben. I tried unsubscribing and subscribing again but to no avail unfortunatly. I don’t think I’m behind a corporate firewall (not sure what one is, to be honest) but as I say, I have no problem with any other of your podcasts or anyone else’s for that matter. It’s very weird. I have downloaded iTunes 7 but that hasn’t helped. Cheeers, Maureen
PS.We went to a concert by Silvio Rodrigues in the Barbican last week – what a lovely man and his voice is still incredible. I remember you said you liked him.
