really enjoyed this podcast. It made me feel hungry and I don&#039;t even eat meat! The potato dish is very similar to an Indian one called Gujurati potatoes, except that it uses lemon juice instead of vinegar. IÂ¨m going to make them this weekend. One question Marina, What would you think about adding a green chillie? Would that be sacrilege?
