Qué relajante... what a lovely spot! I love those tranquil places full of wild flowers and insects, especially the field crickets. I could spend hours there. The last part of your video reminds me of the Provence with its lavender fields.

Last week I bicycled the Camino de Santiago between Leon and Compostela. The lavender west of Astorga was unlike anything I've seen before. I hope that everyone fortunate enough to live in Spain is taking advantage of the rainy spring to enjoy the wild flowers. Actually, now that I think about it, while in Madrid, I was staying near the Canillas Metro station. On the hillside just outside the station entrance, the poppies and other wild flowers were beautiful. Sometimes you just need to keep your eyes open.

Lovely! We used to have poppies here, near Pamplona, but they've been building so much that there are hardly any left. Sometimes, when we go to Cáceres to visit my in-laws we'll see poppies and lavender along the way. Before having kids, we used to stop and turn off the main road too - Now, we're usually just happy to get where we're going.
