Have you been to see the panaderia right off the plaza? It's really cool. I've been carrying around a piece of star anis for the last week to help bring me back to the place. We visited Chinchon in 2007. Have you been to see the panaderia right off the plaza? It’s really cool.
I’ve been carrying around a piece of star anis for the last week to help bring me back to the place. Anise has become of of my Spain associations because of Chinchon.

Goya spent time painting here and Orson Welles filmed scenes from Chimes at Midnight and The Immortal Story in the town.
