Pazo???

I see the word pazo very often on bottles of my favourite albariño wines, what does it mean? I´m guessing at cortijo,estate, garden or something along those lines. I´m sure the man from Catavinos will know! :)

I believe it is Galician for palace/old manor house/mansion.
