learn and practice my english

Hi my name is Manu, I have 26 years old ( i live in Valencia (Spain)) and i need practice my english (talk ,grammar and all i can ...).
I am making Phd of physics and i will travel a lot the next four years in fact i start travelling to london and Newcastle to visit various groups of physics research--->( i can talk with people that want learn spanish (Skype, msn) and obviosly in person if live in Valencia )
