I've just found this

it has videos of people speaking in Spanish....one that I really liked was the U of Western Kentucky prof talking about Don Quixote. He speaks slowly enough for me to be able to understand most of it! It looks as if there are many more.

I'm sure I linked to this before, but you're right, it's a good resource, certainly worth giving again for those that missed it earlier.
On the sams site, there are some podcasts (http://www.wku.edu/modernlanguages/podcastseries/impresiones/index.html) as well, by the students of WKU.
