When I've been to Sevilla I've always used www.sevilla5.com (http://www.sevilla5.com). Its based in Sevilla & contains plenty info. They hire accommodation from 3 days upwards. They respond well to queries (email or telephone) I notice they have some flats in Triana from 300 Euros/week
