The site is las Torres Serrano in Valencia. The giant is my youngest son, who just turned 4.

I don't know the highways in Spain. I wasn't driving last time I was there. Where is it?

It's one of the puentes that crosses the now-dry Turia riverbed in downtown Valencia. Several times a year, the city fills the median and sides of the bridge with flowers. At the moment, it was Navidades, and it was filled with poinsettias completely.
