See this description (http://www.lasprovincias.es/valencia/prensa/20070317/valencia/ultima-macrofalla_20070317.html) (ES) of Valencia's largest falla. At least it seems to be far enough away from buildings for the cremation on Monday!
La última macrofalla
El monumento de la comisión Nou Campanar volverá a un cruce el próximo año después de haber plantado en un solar la que será la falla más grande de la historia

Nou Campanar are the Chelsea of Fallas. It's a new barrio on the northern edge of the city and one guy (Juan Arminana?) has put a ton of money into the falla. It's always way bigger than the other top fallas (Na Jordana, Pilar, C Jerusalen etc) who are constrained by the roads but despite their superior budget they (in my mind anyway) never match the ingenuiety of the others. Unfortunately the judges don't seem to agree! They've won first prize four years in a row now. This is the last year they can use a big open space (hence newspaper headline) as it is being built on and next year they will have to use a street/crossroads/plaza like everyone else.

At the other end of the scale our local fallas in Pego has 3 entries. I´ve put a few photos on Flickr. One that made me smile was the kids fallas with "Oscar" and label in Valenciano that mostly makes sense to a non-speaker

I don't think I've ever seen a Fallas label/poem/joke *not* in Valencian. The falleros love to use a bit of the local language this week though many never speak it much during the rest of the year. Bit like the "cupla focail" of Irish on St Patrick's Day!
