I remember a couple of years ago they said Spain is the new France. Does that make Madrid the new Paris now? A couple of months ago Madrid was also featured in their (NY Times) "36 Hours" travel series. I would imagine that all this press will only help to boost the yanqui invasion of Madrid this summer. Look out! (on another note, direct flights between Washington and Madrid are beginning again :thumbs-up: this summer, after about a 5-6 year hiatus).
