New in Barcelona

Hello All,

First of all congratulations to Ben and Marina on creating this beautiful web page.
I am originally from Turkey and have moved over to Calella, near Barcelona, about 7 months ago. I can only say I felt in love with the beauty of Catalunya. More to come I have visited Zaragoza, Basque and Ibiza which contains so different tastes and cultures I must admit.

Having lived in Russia and worked in USAF for over 5 years I must say I would rather live here than anywhere else.

Enough for the good words about Spain..

Changing the country is much more than it seems which I can see clearly now. Although it is a nice new beginning it means being away from all your family and city.

So I would like to make friends here and then create some kind of community where we can actually do a lot of chats and voyages etc..

So anyone coming around to Barcelona area is welcomed to send me a e mail and I will be happy to meet with you guys..

welcome to the forum, ozgur! :) i know what you mean about changing countries- it's not easy. would love to meet up, but i'm in france. maybe next time i pass through barcelona....
