I've got some delicious "spoon recipies", but it's already too hot in Spain for a dish of Lentils, Cocido or Fabada. I know it's a long time away but as soon as it gets cold I'll be podcasting on those.

Meanwhile I'll let you with a recipie for "cocido" (http://www.karlosnet.com/General/receta.php?c=242) from Arguiñano, (http://www.karlosnet.com) one of our most famous TV cooks. (Note that one of the ingredients is "Berza", the ingredient I would use instead would be "Cabagge").

Please leave feedback in the forum if you get to use his recipie for cocido or any other of his recipies!!!
