Pickup Football(soccer)/Basketball in Barcelona

I´m trying to find someplace in Barcelona where I can find a casual game of either Football/Soccer or Basketball. The less people care about the score the better. I've found a couple of football leagues, but I´d rather do something that doesn't involve referees and uniforms. If anyone has any leads on some casual pick-up I'd love to hear about it.
