Feria de abril.... in Barcelona!

Last weekend was the Feria de abril in Andalucia, and so we decided in my office (here in Barcelona) that we didn't want to be left out of the fun so we had our own "Feria on the cheap"!! ;D . It was all a bit last minute (as you'll be able to tell from the fotos!) but we quickly rustled-up some flamenco-esque tack at a few hours notice and set about having a flamenc-a-thon in the office on Friday followed by tapas that we all brought a little in each.

Anyway, just thought I'd share a bit of the silliness with you here. Amazingly enough, the most "Andalucian" outfit on the day was actually mine! I beat the girls in the office with my own tacky Sevillana apron! :D

I consider it a bit like "care in the community". I'm doing my bit to keep these poor unfortunates from roaming the streets! (and me with them of course! jeje)

Actually, I wish we'd have had the camera with us went we popped out to the supermarket to get some bits for the tapas. A pic of us hanging around the ham counter in full costume would've been cool! All the old ladies were giving us the eye! jeje

That apron is a real winner. I think Ben needs to look at adding that to the NIS Shop.

I saw the title of this post and thought ¿Feria de abril?¿in Barcelona? - How did I miss that? Now I realize that I'm working in the wrong office... :)
