Parece que has difrutado mucho tu viaje a Alicante.

Great Tony. The high price of the marisco may be because it contained fresh local prawns etc. They go for €150 a kilo at times!

Hi Gary, (Denia???) Hi Ben.. got this video in my blog now http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_32_7.gif http://lamarinaforum.com/blog/ (not trying to promote - just having a bit of fun)

Hi Gary, (Denia???) .

Yeah, north of Benidorm - isnt that where the lemon express finishes up?

Apparently it has some Roman stuff - I always intend to go there when I visit the area but I can never get up enough enthusiasm to walk to the top of Benidorm to the railway statin

Realaficionada21 - thanks I will keep the backing volume down but I love that track so very much….

Gary - The music is a style called flamenco fusion by a guy name Greg Reiter. The track is called "Wicked Game" and here is a link to a recording of it on youtube …

It really grows on you the more you hear it.

We didn’t take the Lemon Express all the way to Denia only as far as Benidorm but no doubt we will do the rest of the run at a later date.

Greytop – Yes the seafood is unbelievable but as you say it can be costly (..but usually worth it!)

Landlady – Can’t hardly wait for June to come and our family weekend meet up in Valencia… Regards to Don, Jasmine and of course to little Charlie the new video star!

Ben – I will keep the video-blogs coming if you and Marina keep the website as fantastic as it already is .... great stuff!

Just a postscript to a great video. The Lemon Express was originally an old train which is currently out of service so the units running on the line now are all just normal rolling stock. See this article (http://www.roundtownnews.co.uk/content/view/10984/34/)for more info

Very interesting. Love the above logo next to el Peña de Ifach at Calpe.

Yes I saw that very carriage (shown on your weblink) which is a disgrace and heavily adorned with grafiti. I did take some photos of it but didnt want to spoil the warm feeling of contentment that the video is atempting to produce.

Really pleased that you liked the video though ...:smug:
