There are two items on Spain on the BBC News front page at the moment:
Eta to end ceasefire with Spain (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/6721305.stm)
Spain seeks words for its anthem (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/6721909.stm)
- apparently there are no words to sing to the National Anthem, so the opposition wants to commission some

ETA, how aweful that is.
As far as the anthem, after reading a bit of the ¨The Ghosts of Spain¨ were the lyrics taken out of the anthem after Franco passed and is that why is this way to date?
Being the season of Politics to me (not being from Spain of course) this smells like another sad political stunt to mindlessly ralley the masses to ones cause (or I am too much of a skeptic). I
I guess I just tire from the endless US politics of the sort ..¨Anti-flag burning US constitution ammendments¨ we see over here in the US.
