I'm a university student in the United States and would like very much to have a penpal from Spain, especially with someone around my age since we'd have more in common to write about. I'd also be willing to write in English if you'd like some help with it. Let me know if you're interested.

Try http://www.sharedtalk.com/ There you can find people from all over the world who speak Spanish, including Spaniards. You can write emails, use text chat, or even voice chat. If you're in the United States, the time difference might mean you don't see too many Spaniards in the chat, but when you catch one, you can exchange screennames, emails, skypenames, etc and continue your conversation as time permits.

This is beginning to sound like a bit of an advertisement. But, no, I'm not affiliated with sharedtalk (other than being a user). I just like it.
