ELCHE - HELP WANTED

I am looking for a quality villa or apartment to rent for vacations in Elche, prefernce is from Glorietta Centre to within 5 or 6 Km to South of Elche (i.e. Perleta).
Would consider a long rental, or for vacation periods only. Must have private garden, terrace or roof terrace.
No children or pets.
Anyone have, know of, or can advise where to look?

I have also been trying to find contact details for something where the new developments are alongside "Estadio Manuel Martinez Valero" football stadium. Anyone know the name of that zone?

When we rented in Santa Pola the people at the REMAX estate agency were dead helpful. I know they have an office in Elche too.

The tourist office also gave me a list, which I seem to remember they updated monthly, for longer term lets.

The development down by the football ground is called something like el Palmeral I think. I'll try to remember to ask someone or if I go by there I'll try to remember to have a look. I have seen ads for property in that are called Zona Newton College because of the proximity to the school of that name.

That new, large development on Carrer del A'ltet, close to the football stadium. That is the third name I have been given for the zone, which is perhaps why I am having difficulties with my searching.
I did email REMAX but no response.
