If you want to have lunch on the run, so you can get round all the wonderful places to see, you could do worse than this.

Very tasty and a bargain at 1.90. These places are scattered around central Madrid, this one being at the back of the Plaza Mayor.

Certainly, and the sandwich is a monster with a few slices of jamon serrano or a slab of mild manchego cheese. It was even enough for a gannet like me!

Oh yes! I spent a lot of time popping into the Museo de Jamon during my first few weeks in Spain!
