Interesting article from Expatica (http://www.expatica.com/actual/article.asp?subchannel_id=81&story_id=44471) showing a new approach to stemming illegal immigration - training people in their own countries and allowing legal immigration where jobs exist. Maybe a glimmer of light in this ongoing problem.
