So, I was wondering if anyone has actually used Jump TV before. It seems like a good deal. Spanish (and other worldwide) channels streaming to your computer around the world.
This is the blurb I cut and paste off their website:
"JumpTV has partnered with more than 180 television broadcasters from over 60 countries to provide live broadcasting of their 24-hour linear feeds. Our Partners' channels are available on the JumpTV network to viewers from around the world through an ordinary broadband Internet connection on their home computers, laptops, Internet-enabled televisions and mobile devices.
The JumpTV experience with a high-speed connection (Cable, ADSL, DSL or ISDN) will allow you to receive a picture at up to 30 frames per second, which is comparable to conventional television.
For minimal cost, subscribers can gain easy access to global programming
anywhere, anytime.
Each of the channels is offered on a monthly subscriber basis at costs starting from $9.95 USD. JumpTV's multi-channel packages start at $19.95 USD.
Payments can be made by credit card, through PayPal or by certified cheque. All subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis and may be cancelled at
any time. "
The Spanish channels they offer are:
EITB (Basque television)
TVE 24
DOCU TVE
RTVE
TVVI (Televisió Valenciana Internacional)
