Are you trying to say this building looks Spanish although it is situated somewhere else? BTW, it looks like a great place to eat!

Neither quiz nor question. More of an example of surviving Spanish colonial architecture. I just love these yellow buildings.
It wouldn't look out of place in any grand Spanish street or plaza.
