I was wondering exactly what people do to escape the city life of Madrid. Is their a lake nearby or mountains or??? I am curious because I am considering studying there and enjoy hiking and being out in nature. I know people go on vacations to the coast, but I want to know more about the activities nearby.
And apart from that I need some clarification. What is the difference between hacer footing, treking, escalando montaņas, etc?
