Yo también tengo un cuento sobre devolver algo. Hace poco compré un iPhone, y un día después de comprarlo, me di cuenta de que la pantalla no giraba, entonces fuí a intercambiarlo por uno nuevo en la tienda de AT&T, y sabes qué me dijeron? "Tienes que pargar un cargo de $40 para intercambiarlo.... un restocking fee." Tenía la caja, el recibo, todo!
Pues, ojala que tuviera a uno de vosotros conmigo para ponerse chulo.... no soy tan brava. Por eso, me quedé yendo a un Apple Store, para intercambiarlo. Y claro, los genios (geniuses) en Apple me atendió muy bien, y lo intercambiaro por uno nuevo.
