I am missing the Todays Posts link on the Homepage.....

Sorry, but hardly anyone was clicking on that link and the quicklinks thing didn't really work that well - too cluttered. So you will have to go back to clicking on the forums link at the top and then the 'new posts' link. The idea was to leave the design as clean as possible and I hope I have, at last, managed that. Now I can get on with all the other things that need doing!!!

What drop shadows? What am I missing?
Are they important?:confused:

I tried the "New Posts" button but found the resultant list a bit confusing as the posts appeared in no meaningful order. Maybe to do with the linear/hybrid dispplay settings? Any advice?
Meanwhile I limit the shown posts to the last week and that works quite well to keep the numbers manageable. Inactive threads then drop off until someone makes a new post.


New design certainly looks "clean" Ben, so mission accomplished:thumbs-up:

What drop shadows?

if you look at the images in the right hand column of the home page you can see the red worksheets pic, the errant in iberia pic and the nfs@flickr pic.

You will notice that there is a shadow down the right side and underneath each image that makes it appear to float slightly above the page

- thats a drop shadow

so you didnt miss too much!
