I heard and read this expression a few times lately and I'm not sure I understand it. What does it mean? Gracias por explicarme! :)

Doesn't it mean there is no better way to depreciate than to not appreciate?

I've never heard it before, but it says "there isn't a worse denigration than not appreciating something"
I think it means that not being thankful or appreciative it's one of the worst things you can do to somebody *shrugs* But as I said, I've never seen it before, so I'm not completely sure, it's just what I can gather from what it says.

I heard it before, and I think it means that there's not better way of showing the contempt you have for someone than to ignore that person.
