Is it a dance?;D;D;D

Dunno about Wifi but if you need access to a PC then walk from Plaza Santa Cruz down Calle de la Bolsa towards Huertas - about 15-20 yards on the right, just past the end of the bank building theres a locutorio that has great access speeds (unlike some), and its €1 an hour...

MadridmeMata (http://www.madridmemata.es/madrid/03/28/abrimos-el-mapa-madrid-wi-fi/) has a map with plenty of places offering wifi, and it seems to have been updated since the last time I looked.
