While watching TVE this morning, they were running a story about Nochevieja en Agosto. There were Spaniards all gathered in a town square, counting down to midnight, eating grapes at the chimes. I just caught the end of the story. Does anyone else have more information on why they were celebrating New Year's in August? :P

Eh... it does ring a bell somehow, but I have forgotten what it was all about. Hopefully, someone else will come up with the full story.
