After reading a few threads, I wanted to introduce myself to this community. I look forward to sharing ideas with other forum members.

I spent the best year of my life back in 1993-94. I studied at a small school in el puerto de santa maria and lived with the nicest family, Dona Carmen Abreu. From there, I lived in Madrid for a month near el corte ingles. Finally, finished my year in Sevilla during la fiesta de primavera dancining la sevilliana and drinking sherry from osborne. The best times of my life. And, I still haven't emtined the times in malaga, costa del sol or even pamplona with the bulls. too much to tell in one thread.

Best regards,

Richard

Adela,

Thank you for the reply.

I went to the University of Arizona and their study abroad program offered Espana. I took the opportunity to study there my junior year. The best time of my life. My favorite part was probably learning the sevilliana so that I could really enter myself in the culture.I danced the night away for a full week and Sevilla and went down to Cadiz as well for a few days. I could recant all of my adventures, but, I will never forget my days there.

Oh,I also went to a soccer game in Madrid in December 93'.I saw Real Madrid play Barcelona and Barcelona won 4-3. It was an amazing game.
