Hi, I'm going to live in England in a few month. I need to keep in touch with my old company through internet.. but I don't know if I'll have a reliable internet conection in the share(s) room(s) that I'll rent.
So I've thought to take a mobile broadband, but the mobile companies will probably ask for a bank account (I don't have it yet) or a english address.. while I get everything I need, I want to be able to connect with my old company. So, a tamporal solution could be something like a 'pay as you go' SIM Card for internet.
Is there any solution for that?

Thanks!!!

You can see most of the UK availability on the phones4u (http://www.phones4u.co.uk/)site. Generally the broadband connections seem to be 12 or 18 month contracts with a free "dongle".
I use a "normal" pay as you goSIM in Spain on Vodafone and that works for internet access, but at quite a high cost (they usually send me a message after I've used it advising me to go for a cheaper monthly option ;D) As I only access it a few times a year I carry on regardless.
If you are going to be in UK for some time you could start with a cheap PAYG phone (or SIM if your phone is unlocked) and change to a monthly option later, keeping the same number. You may even get some good offers if you change operators ;)

Thank you very much for your answer.
I'll buy a PAYG phone, but I really don't know what to do with the broadband.
Because I'll be working for my old company while I look for a new job there. It's a small company that can't afford a expensive solution, so If the broadband connection is poor I'll have to find another way to be connected.

Hope mobile companies give me a good welcome to UK :)

Checking phones4u website..
