This might be old news but I just found a set of short podcasts in Spanish which are quite fun to listen to, Impresiones de Espaņa (http://www.wku.edu/modernlanguages/podcastseries/impresiones/index.html). They are produced from various locations in Spain and the couple I listened to from Pamplona and Salamanca carry short interviews, in Spanish, with non-Spaniards. The sound quality isn't great but they are good fun and if like me you are struggling to develop a decent Spanish accent (I'll never do it I know!) then it might be comforting/inspiring to hear these people confidently rattling away in Spanish.

Impresiones de Espaņa was produced by a professor from my alma mater, Western Kentucky University. They have some decent speakers, obviously some who are native speakers, and others are still developing their fluency.
