I have learned alot of words and I am starting to learn conjuctions and have some great web tools to do these practices, but is there a tool that I can practice sentences/phrases, because words like: lo, que, and many others that are used in simple sentences seem to be used in so many different contexts and change per subject that is really confusing.

Hi Jonnie2005,
If you've got doubts about when to use words like "lo" and "que" the first thing you need to do is check out a good grammar source for a basic explanation of those words and how they are used. LearnSpanish.com is one resource.
Your best bet is read more in Spanish, that way you see exactly how the language is being used in a real context, not an artificial textbook one. If you're just starting out, find some children's books, like picture books written for very young children in Spanish. For example, getting Dr. Seuss in Spanish or Sesame Street books. The language that you see in children's books is designed to build language skills with repeated words and phrases that both teach and reinforce the correct structure of the language.
You may also want to try your hand at writing your own very short stories in Spanish and showing them to a Spanish teacher or a native Spanish speaker for corrections. I'm not talking about writing a book. Just two or three paragraphs on how you spend your weekends or where you go on vacation can be enough.
Writing in Spanish will help your Spanish advance in a more natural manner and make the stuff that you're learning stick better in your memory than using some kind of tool where you plug in a bit of info and then wait for the answer to appear. I'm afraid that even if you were to find some kind of tool to help you practice phrases and sentences it still wouldn't be enough because it would be too artificial in many ways.
Good luck!:)
