Translation work. Gotta love it. Here I am, complaining again, but really, who needs this on a Saturday morning ?! -
Que siendo del interés de la propiedad, proceder al arrendamiento de la citada vivienda, con su mobiliario y enseres, y conviniendo la parte arrendataria su ocupación en el indicado concepto, es por lo que, han decidido ambas partes suscribir el presente CONTRATO DE ARRENDAMIENTO escrito, que llevan a efecto por el presente documento, y pactan las siguientes estipulaciones,

It sounds exactly like my rental contract I signed recently. My brain told me to give up trying to understand it at the point that I felt the blood trickling from my ear ;) , so I got a Spanish friend's wife (a lawyer) to OK it for me and I just signed it! :D
Actually, Ben's text reminds me of a line from "Family Guy" where they're being pushed by a high-pressure salesman to sign a rental deal...
"Just sign here on the dotted line without reading this contract and you won't not be not not loving your timeshare before you don't know it!"

Is an introduction of a number of points you must agree with the house owner for having it at rent. Is a pretty confused way of saying: "By signing I agree with these points:" I guess there are some points below that text... am I wrong?
