A very basic question, but I have noticed that when people are welcoming others to the forum... some are welcoming females with 'Bienvenido' and others are using 'Bienvenida'.
Can someone please tell me if this welcome should change to the feminine form when addressing a female, or not?

To more than one person (group or mixed m/f or just males): Bienvenidos
To a guy: bienvenido
To a woman: bienvenida
To a group of females: Bienvenidas
:)
Edit: beinvenido if the gender of the person unknown :D

Thank you switch, I had a feeling it acted in that way, but I have seen it typed wrongly so many times, that I started to wonder! Cheers for the clarification!
ps. I am sure your beinvenido is only a typing error, so I won't correct it...smiling!

Just as an addition , if you are talking about "a/the welcome" then it would always be bienvenida (as Margot suggested in another thread) regardless of your, or your subjects gender.
Eg.. " Thanks for the welcome (welcoming me)!"
Would be......
" Gracias por darme la bienvenida"
Hope this helps!
