Going to Madrid for 5 days in mid feb. Never been before so looking for some reccomendations for bars, tapas spots and restaurants, the places the locals would go. Staying close to puerta del sol.

Take a coat and thermals... If you find Cava Baja and Plaza Santa Anna and Avoid Plaza Mayor you'll have plenty to keep you occupied for 5 days...

Espero que yo pueda hablar Espaņol (with the subjunctive)
or
Espero poder hablar Espaņol (with the infinitive)
