Where should I start?

Hi folks, I am thinking of starting with notes from spain podcast but unsure of which one(s) to start with. I would say I am intermediate, I an have a conversation, not too hot at writing and my vocabulary could do with improvement. Any suggestions welcome, Thank you, Eleanor

Why not download once from each level and see which you are happier with? And don't discount the beginners, even if your level is higher because there's some good colloquial vocab in them.
