Here is a story from The Guardian (http://travel.guardian.co.uk/activities/culture/story/0,,1867864,00.html) about a composer's journey along the Santiago Way prompted by his commission to write a piece of music based on it. The piece he came up with is composed as 4 movements, each representing a major stop on the Camino: Pyrenees, Burgos, Leon and Galicia. You can listen to part of the 3rd movement, Leon, here (http://www.tenebrae-choir.com/).

Has anyone walked it or have ambitions to do so?

Neat link. I've bookmarked it to listen when I can get some time. If I had the time and opportunity, I would probably walk a segment of the pilgrimage, likely not the entire thing (Isn't that typical of an American- McPilgrimage?).
