best time to visit

I would like to know what is the best time of the year to visit Spain? What are some hotels I could stay at with pretty good rates and comfort?if anyone can send me info via Private Messaging I'd really appreciate.

Regarding hotels I don't know well, but the best moment would be spring and autumn, as much in the north as in the south of the country.

April/May imo. All the cafe/bars have outside seating, it feels like summer, not too hot, cheaper hotel rates :)
