This may not be the most exciting Spanish listening practice experience on earth, but the Spanish socialist party has just launched a TV station on line (http://www.psoetv.es)!
Hats off to them for innovative use of new technology I suppose....

I had expected this to be a quick cure for insomnia but I actually watched the item on Terra Mítica with interest since we visited the park a month or so ago.
Admittedly the broadcast is an excellent opportunity to have a pop at the PP at whose door the blame for the financial disaster has been laid and it can, therefore, hardly be described as an objective piece of reporting.
However, the quality is pretty good, so thanks for the link :-)
Andy.

its always good to find the odd video to watch hear and there. Obviously the content isnt the best, but the quality is great, and the speach is clear and slow (in the ones i viewed, anyway).
A link to videos more light hearted, and fun can be found here:

It's definitely well-done, but it's also a propaganda mouthpiece for the PSOE. I still get a kick out of this picture, though....

Even though I don't agree with the political message behind it, I like the picture too because the likeness between these two men is hilarious. Have you ever seen such eyebrows in your life? :D

Well, certainly, I don't think it's being marketed as a source to get the latest news and political information without any political views. If it were, then perhaps we could call it propaganda.
For me, I really enjoy watching PSOE TV because it helps me learn a lot of the political jargon that I want to learn in a way that's somewhat more interesting than just reading El País. And the video quality really is incredibly good, even with my less-than-perfect internet connection.
