Marina takes on the local butcher at his own game, and learns a thing or two. But can she beat him in the taste-test-show-down?
Listen and find out (http://www.notesfromspain.com/579/)!

These look really delicious, and I can't wait not only to try them, but to listen to another CFS podcast. Thanks, Marina and Ben!

I make them as well, but the recipe I use, from an excellent book "Moro, The Cookbook" (http://www.randomhouse.co.uk/minisites/moro/thecookbook.htm)includes coriander seeds, cummin seeds and fennel seeds, saffron, oregano and red wine vinegar, as well as the ingredients that Marina uses. And if I say so myself, son sabrosos!

lol, well, it doesn't hurt to score points with the future cuņada! ;D
I'm always bragging a lo bestia when I eat at my sister-in-law's home. She's a tremendous cook, and can make w-o-n-d-e-r-f-u-l fartons and chocolate. Plus, it doesn't hurt to quedar bien. ;)
