cateto seems to mean "yokel" so I guess thats country bread?
However telera does not seem to refer to anything bread-like

telera f. Cada uno de los dos maderos paralelos que forman las prensas de carpinteros, encuadernadores y otros artesanos

Maybe when we've sorted out coffee we need a thread on bread types

Son los nombres que recibe ese tipo de pan por aquí. Es pan blanco, de corteza gruesa y crujiente y miga compacta. Es el mejor para hacer migas y gazpacho, o dulces como el pan perdido.
