Default iPod Video Competition Winner....

Well, before announcing the winner we would like to say 'Well Done!' to everyone that entered the competition.

It has been really enjoyable to see so many corners of the world and hear your stories (and I'm still in love with the burrowing, tree-climbing dog! Reminds me of my childhood with Jack Russels in the UK...)

So once again congratulations to all of you who made the effort this month to put a video up here in the blog, and we have one big request: please keep posting more! It is so interesting, and so good for your Spanish.

And now.... without further rambling ado... the winner is....

Graham!

Graham got to work straight away with his first videos at the beginning of the month and hasn't stopped since. He's taken us all over his native Wales, even to the top of local mountains. His videos were beautifully edited, interesting and inspiring, particularly the Pablo Naruda Questions...

So well done to Graham, and please keep posting more. That goes for everyone. The video blog thread will stay open, we'll still keep at it, and I hope you all will too. Perhaps there will be another competition later in the summer, so keep practicing and posting for now!

Thanks to all! Ben and Marina

Thank you!

It's been fun (despite the horror of hearing of my own voice ) and this certainly gave me a motivation to practise my Spanish as I rarely get much of chance to actually speak the language.

BTW, if any of the native speakers have watched the videos, I'd really appreciate any feedback you might like to give on how I can improve.

Thanks again.

G.

What a unique experience your great videos provided: To sit here in California and at the same time be touring and learning about remote corners of Wales - guided in Spanish by a Scotsman (and his Spanish-speaking sheep)....well it could only happen at NFS.

Brilliant Graham Enjoy your new IPod You earned it!

I really enjoyed the competition. Thank you. And congratulations to Graham. Very professional. I also enjoyed DocMolly's cat.
Pero Ben, está contento en España. Aqui está lloviendo y hace frio. Se regresa a invierno ahora. Mi perro está malvada y ayer mordío el cartero.

Well done Graham. Thank God it wasn't that weirdo standing in front of the Emirates stadium.

Sometimes short and sharp is the best. Actually, I thought that artistically it was clearly the best video with beginning middle and end all compressed into one of the best post-Hitchcockonian moments I have personally seen. I have already pm'd Ben voicing my concerns.

¡Gracias, amiga! Por cierto, dentro de una hora veo Perdidos (#11 Cabin Fever). ¡Qué rollo que por acá estamos dos semanas de retraso!

And after all the hard work that obviously went into that outstanding production!

(My only criticism would be that it was perhaps just a smidge too long - was that the director's cut? Maybe we should have the seen the studio version first.)
