Solution to Private Message Spam

Hi,

Lots of us have been getting Private Message Spam. To counter this, I have made a new rule, which is that new and current users must have posted at least 5 messages in the forum, before they can send private messages. This is a pain for honest new users, but hopefully it will solve the problem.
