Hi again. Yet more vocab queries. Sentence below is from latest on www.spanish.podcast.org, but librarse???

Pues, posiblemente, gracias a la batalla por la audiencia y por las suscripciones a las televisiones de pago que se libra en EEUU.

"is unleashed", "is being waged".

"librarse una batalla" is pretty much a set phrase.
