Default Pimientos fritos rellenos de tortilla de patatas (Fried peppers stuffed of tortilla)

Ingredients:
- Big and straight peppers to make easier the refill
- Potatoes
- Oil (to fry I preffer vegetable oil)
- Eggs

* Cut the upside of the peppers as if we cut a cover and reserve.
* Cut the potatoes in small pieces and fry them.
* When the potatoes are fried, mixed them with the raw eggs (as if you were going to make a spanish omelette, but stopp here)
* Now, with a spoon and carefully and with patiently, refills the peppers with the mixture, pushing the mixture down to the bottom of the peppers to make sure they are completly full.
* Fry them on normal heat and when they´re not very hot, cut them in broad slices.

Ingredientes:
- Pimientos de freir grandes y rectos para rellenarlos facilmente.
- Patatas
- Aceite (para freir yo prefiero el de girasol)
- Huevos

* Corta la parte superior de los pimientos como si cortáramos una tapadera y reservamos.
* Corta las patatas en trozos pequeños y fríelos.
* Cuando las patatas están fritas, mézclalas con los huevos crudos batidos (como si fueras a hacer una tortilla de patatas, pero la paramos aquí)
* Ahora, con una cuchara, cuidadosamente y con paciencia, rellenamos los pimientos con la mezcla, empujando el relleno hacia el fondo de los pimientos para asegurarnos de que quedan completamente rellenos.
* Fríelos a fuego normal y cuando no estén muy calientes, córtalos en rodajas gruesas.
