Default Power Point Viewer 2007

Can someone give me the step by step instructions on what I must do after downloading a Power Point presentation? I want to be able to run it once and maybe save it, I have Power Point Viewer version 2007 installed - I think as per instructions.

According to MS info you probably can't use the viewer like that

"PowerPoint Viewer 2007 lets you view full-featured presentations created in PowerPoint 97 and later versions. This viewer also supports opening password-protected Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. You can view and print presentations, but you cannot edit them in the PowerPoint Viewer 2007. "
Have you thought of using OpenOffice? It does most things that MS software does - and it's free!
