Default Suggestions for parallel text books and online sources

I'm reading "Stories From Spain" by Genevieve Barlow and just ordered "Stories From Latin America" by the same author. I'm really finding it helpful to have the parallel text in Spanish and English. I find it's improving my comprehension as well as making clear the differences between using the preterite vs. the imperfect.

Can you suggest other parallel text books as well as any online sources you are aware of that utilize parallel text?

Thanks for your help!
