Hello All!
I am an American trying to plan my graduate studies in Barcelona. The program in which I hope to participate is considered a full time study, receiving a diploma: Master in Renewable Energies and the Natural Environment. The problem is, "full time study" as declared by the Spanish consulate under student visa guidelines is no less than twenty hours per week and this program will only be 15 hours per week (three hours, five nights a week). I have only just realized the problem, and I will no doubt be contacting the school for further assistance come Monday, but I wanted to see if anyone here may have any ideas as to how I could deal with this problem. Thanks, Graham |

I think you just need to supplement with some other course or class from the same university. Perhaps you could add a Spanish language class.
I remember several American students simply adding Spanish History and Culture classes to their Spanish Language course in order to meet the minimum hours for a visa. This was just a couple of years ago in Complutense. HTH Last edited by annabwashere; 6th January 2010 at 10:25 AM. Reason: Missed a word |
